Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing product training, and proactively identifying upsell opportunities. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, can work cross-functionally, and is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Help clients maximise their investment by understanding their business goals.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor customer success KPIs.
  • Lead initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct exit interviews with customers who choose to discontinue service.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in industry events to represent the company and build a network.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or similar roles

Languages
