Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service, providing vital support to our clients and ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients needing technical assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Track and follow up on support tickets until resolution.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Participate in product testing and provide user feedback.
  • Help establish best practices for client support.
  • Assist with installations and configurations of software products.
  • Contribute to team knowledge base by documenting solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications are beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles
