Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide support and resolve inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the support database.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and work towards improvement.
  • Assist in the development of support materials and guides.
  • Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.
  • Attend workshops and training sessions to improve service skills.
  • Stay updated on product advancements and changes.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Degree in Communication or Business preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-focused position
