Job Description

We are in search of a proficient Media Communications Analyst to join our dynamic team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing strategic communication initiatives and will manage various media projects, enhancing our brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge on communication projects from inception to execution, ensuring all initiatives reflect our brand values.
  • Nurture and develop relationships with industry influencers and partners to strengthen our media presence.
  • Guide the execution of social media strategies and oversee community management efforts.
  • Draft and edit press materials to ensure clarity and adherence to our communication guidelines.
  • Evaluate the success of communication campaigns through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to position our organisation as a thought leader in the telecommunications industry.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on effective communication practices for staff.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for all communication activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Studies or Journalism
  • Postgraduate qualifications preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in the media industry
