Job Description

We're on the lookout for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Birmingham team. The ideal candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and ensure our clients derive value from our solutions. You'll manage key customer relationships and advocate for their needs within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture client relationships at all levels.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Educate clients about product updates and new features.
  • Collaborate with product teams to convey customer insights.
  • Track customer success metrics to measure engagement.
  • Prepare documentation and resources for client self-service.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for customer teams.
  • Promote customer success stories and case studies.
  • Drive customer retention strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate reporting.
