Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor, where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist with inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.

  • Assist with customer feedback collection and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
  • Degree in Business or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role

Advantageous

  • Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
