Job Description

As an Alarm Investigator, you will play a crucial role in our security operations. Your responsibilities will include responding to alarm activations, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring the safety of our clients' premises. A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate alarm triggers and assess potential threats to client premises.
  • Record and report findings to the management team.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on alarm systems.
  • Implement security measures based on analysis of alarm activity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding alarm system usage.
  • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Participate in ongoing training related to security practices.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local law enforcement.
  • Assist in the preparation of incident reports and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss alarm management strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in security management or a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • Prior experience in alarm investigation or a related security role is preferred.
