Job Description

We are looking for a Control Room Operator who will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of our control room. This role demands technical knowledge, the ability to multitask, and expertise in handling high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CCTV systems and security alarms proficiently.
  • Respond to emergency situations by alerting the appropriate authorities.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and activities for future reference.
  • Conduct routine checks and tests of all security systems.
  • Assist in investigations and gather evidence when necessary.
  • Support security personnel and other stakeholders during incidents.
  • Foster communication among teams to ensure effective operations.
  • Follow protocols for data protection and confidentiality.

Requirements

Education
  • First Aid at Work certification preferred
Experience
  • Experience using and monitoring various control room systems.
