Hot Knife Cutter

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hot Knife Cutter to operate and maintain hot knife cutting equipment to facilitate the production process. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and expertise in accurately cutting various textile materials.

Responsibilities

• Run hot knife cutting machines in line with production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on cutting equipment to ensure reliability.
• Monitor cutting processes and adjust parameters as necessary.
• Conduct quality checks and report any inconsistencies in product specifications.
• Assist in the design and testing of new cutting techniques and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace to enhance safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required, but relevant training would be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hot Knife Cutter or in a similar role.
