Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our dedicated team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective team management and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the customer service team.
  • Set performance targets and monitor team achievements.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss objectives and challenges.
  • Ensure all team members are trained on latest tools and processes.
  • Track and analyse customer service trends and feedback.
  • Implement changes as needed to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Engage with customers for feedback on service provided.
  • Prepare reports summarising team performance and customer trends.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
