As an Amusement and Recreation Attendant, you'll be the face of our skating facility. Responsible for providing outstanding customer service, you'll assist with admissions, manage schedules, and ensure a smooth operational flow at the front desk.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors at the skating facility with a friendly demeanor.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for admissions.
Keep track of skate rental inventory and assist with fittings.
Answer queries and provide information regarding skating sessions.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in setting up for special events and activities.
Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
First Aid qualification preferred
Experience
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
