Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will lead a team dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction, developing strategic initiatives, and driving continuous improvement within our customer service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer service team’s daily operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyse feedback from customer surveys and implement changes accordingly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major client relationships.
  • Create an environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and exceptional service.
  • Report directly to senior management on customer experience enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role with management experience
