Utility Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Utility Worker to join our dynamic utilities team. This role involves performing various tasks related to utility operations, maintenance, and repair. Candidates should be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while executing daily tasks.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of all tools and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational or technical certifications are advantageous

Experience

• Experience with utility-specific software systems (e.g., SCADA, GIS) is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of SCADA Systems
• Familiarity with Hand Tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Utility Maintenance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous Experience in Outdoor Roles: Experience working in outdoor, physically-demanding roles.
