• Microsoft Office Suite Experienced in using Office applications for documentation and reports.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Strong ability to resolve issues and find effective solutions.
• Empathy Ability to understand and relate to customer needs.
• English (Fluent)
