Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional support to our clients in Cardiff. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, assisting with software deployments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide insights on potential solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and service improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining client records and support documentation.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
