Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled VoIP Support Engineer to join our Hastings team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VoIP systems to ensure seamless communication for our clients. This role requires a solid understanding of telecommunications and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot VoIP infrastructure and services.
  • Respond to and resolve technical support requests related to VoIP.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to develop new features.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends in VoIP technology.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in troubleshooting VoIP systems
