Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to oversee our client accounts in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills and a strategic approach to client management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding account targets and objectives.
  • Evaluate account performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client service delivery.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate client meetings and events, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Identify potential issues proactively and work to resolve them before they escalate.
  • Support the sales team in onboarding new clients and facilitating a smooth transition.
  • Share client feedback with product and services teams to improve offerings.
  • Manage account documentation and communications through CRM systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client-facing role
