Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be pivotal in enhancing the customer journey. Your role involves analysing customer feedback, developing strategies for improvement, and collaborating with teams across the company to ensure our customers receive outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with product teams to incorporate customer input into product development.
  • Create and manage initiatives to enhance customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to assess performance.
  • Facilitate customer focus groups to gather detailed feedback.
  • Ensure the customer experience strategy is aligned with company goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience or related functions
