Job Description

As a Customer Retention Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and improving overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be skilled in customer engagement strategies and adept at resolving queries to retain clients effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer retention or account management
