Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role demands a blend of communication skills and technical prowess to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will work closely with various departments to provide feedback and improve our services.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through timely communication and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for customer interactions.
  • Assist in managing customer feedback and quality assurance processes.
  • Support the team in achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support roles
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or similar support software
  • Social media management tools
Soft Skills
  • Conflict resolution
  • Adaptability
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with customer feedback analysis: Experience in analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality.
