Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant team in Liverpool. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally. Your responsibility will be to help customers navigate our products and services effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering assistance with service inquiries.
  • Utilise various communication tools to engage and support customers.
  • Address customer complaints with a focus on resolution and service recovery.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in training new team members and share best practices.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience is highly desirable
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of live chat support tools

  • Problem-solving
Languages
  • English: Fluent
