Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Guard Chief to join our team. The Guard Chief will be responsible for managing and overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of individuals and property under their supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations effectively with a focus on team development.
• Ensure timely response to alarms and incidents while maintaining a proactive security presence.
• Draft and enforce emergency response plans.
• Conduct training sessions for new recruits and ongoing training for current staff.
• Review and manage security technologies and systems.
• Engage with clients and the public to maintain a positive image of the company.
• Stay informed about best practices and legal requirements in security management.
• Act as the primary liaison with law enforcement and emergency services.
• Prepare and maintain detailed security reports and documentation.
• Foster a teamwork environment focused on safety and security.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Security Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience, ideally in a high-security environment.

Technical Skills

• CCTV Systems

Certifications

• Advanced Security Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
