Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Call Centre Representative to join our bustling team in Belfast. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your problem-solving abilities and communication skills will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Stay updated on product changes and updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Communication, Business or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in a call centre environment
