Job Description

We are seeking an On-Demand Messenger who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You'll need to navigate the city efficiently, manage multiple deliveries, and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle package deliveries across various locations in Bristol.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
  • Coordinate with the logistics manager on daily routes and schedules.
  • Manage package tracking and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Ensure complete and accurate delivery documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss delivery challenges and improvements.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while on duty.
  • Be proactive in identifying potential delivery delays.
  • Utilise technology for tracking and managing deliveries effectively.

Requirements

Education
