We are seeking Automotive and Watercraft Service Attendants to join our friendly team in Manchester. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and managing front desk activities.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner.
Process payments and keep accurate financial records.
Ensure all customer queries are appropriately addressed.
Schedule services and communicate effectively with clients.
Provide outstanding customer experience through active listening.
Assist with staff training on front desk procedures.
Contribute to team meetings and provide suggestions for improvement.
Participate in training to enhance service delivery skills.
Collaborate with management to improve customer service metrics.
Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and team members.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in a similar customer service role is beneficial
