Job Description

As a Customer Support Coordinator in Manchester, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your role will involve resolving issues efficiently and fostering a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries related to products and services effectively, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Monitor and report on customer interactions to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention.
  • Assist in identifying common customer challenges and propose solutions.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Support the customer service manager in implementing new processes based on feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business or related field
Experience
  • Experience in a coordinating role within customer service is advantageous
