Job Description

As a Client Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring client satisfaction. You will lead a team dedicated to enhancing client relationships and providing top-notch support.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the client service team meets all KPIs and service standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Enhance communication channels between clients and team members.
  • Create a positive and rewarding work environment for staff.
  • Manage client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts related to client services.
  • Conduct market research to remain competitive in our offerings.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies to foster client growth.
  • Establish partnerships with other organisations to enhance service delivery.
  • Organise client events and engagement opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in client services, preferably in a managerial role
Technical Skills
  • Project Management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello)
  • Report Writing

  • Interpersonal skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
