Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Customer Support Representative to enhance our Cardiff team. You’ll engage directly with customers, resolve their concerns, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. If you enjoy solving problems and helping others, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with products and services.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback.
  • Support the training of new team members.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer issues and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
