Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our Oxford-based team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong ability to troubleshoot issues, providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming requests for technical support.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve products.
  • Assist with system installations and upgrades as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions.
  • Provide solutions and explanations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

Education
  • HND or equivalent in IT or related field
Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
