Job Description

As an Account Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the key liaison between our clients and the business. You will manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in account management or similar role in technology

Technical Skills

• Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Microsoft Office Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent
