Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Customer Support Representative for our Wolverhampton office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a keen ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer requests and inquiries.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company policies while resolving customer issues.
  • Support team initiatives to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent experience
  • Degree in Communications or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with customer service software tools

Languages
  • English: Fluent
