Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Claims Adjuster to contribute to our claims processing team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of immigration and asylum claims, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex regulations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance claims to verify their legitimacy.
• Review and analyse relevant policy documents and other information.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all claims processed.
• Support the team in achieving performance targets and deadlines.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration and asylum regulations.
• Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 2+ years in claims processing or immigration-related field
