Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism.
  • Manage customer accounts and update records as necessary.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities during interactions.
  • Work towards meeting individual and team KPIs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Customer service training certificates are an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
