Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecom Account Manager to manage and expand our client base in the Livingston area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications sales and a passion for technology, with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Identify training needs for customers and coordinate necessary training sessions.
  • Engage in promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work towards exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide customer feedback to inform future product enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field
  • MBA is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the telecommunications sector
