Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to help our clients navigate their technical challenges. This role requires patience, problem-solving skills, and a friendly approach to customer interaction. You will be essential in ensuring our clients are happy and well-supported.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries related to software and hardware.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the resolution process.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and solutions.
  • Develop FAQs and knowledge base articles for common support requests.
  • Engage in proactive customer outreach to prevent issues.
  • Assist in system updates and testing for new software releases.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in helpdesk or tech support roles
