We are seeking enthusiastic Amusement and Recreation Attendants to join our vibrant team in London. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our concession stands and activities.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors.
Serve and prepare beverages and snacks for customers.
Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash drawer.
Observe cleanliness and organization of the concession stands.
Comply with all food safety regulations.
Assist in training new staff members.
Handle difficult customers with professionalism.
Assist in planning and executing special events.
Complete daily reports as needed.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma
Food safety training is a plus
Experience
Prior experience in food and beverage operations preferred.
