Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee our security team and maintain a safe and secure environment for our premises. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure enforcement of protocols.
• Prepare and submit reports on security activities and incidents.
• Manage access control systems and respond to alarms.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on security practices.
• Collaborate with management to address security-related issues.
• Perform routine inspections of security personnel and equipment.
• Advise on strategic planning for security enhancements.
• Engage with clients to ensure their security needs are met.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant security training or qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in security management

• Emergency Response

Certifications

• Advanced Security Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
