Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant Leeds team. You will be pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring they achieve their goals through our technology solutions. The ideal candidate possesses robust communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations.
  • Drive customer engagement by advocating for customers within Tech Innovations Inc.
  • Monitor customer journeys post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction.
  • Facilitate client reviews and gather feedback to implement improvements.
  • Assist clients in navigating product features aligned with their objectives.
  • Coordinate with technical support for escalated customer issues.
  • Report on customer success outcomes to senior management regularly.
  • Develop resources and workflows to enhance customer engagement.
  • Engage in continuous learning to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Encourage client participation in community forums and events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced qualifications in Business Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or IT.
