Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.

  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in testing new products before release to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCP) preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
