Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our team in Luton. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, helping clients succeed with our products, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, coordinate support services, and build lasting relationships to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure clients are gaining maximum value from our products.
  • Analyse customer feedback and work with the product team to address concerns.
  • Organise and lead quarterly business reviews with major clients.
  • Develop educational materials to assist clients in product use.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing to share success stories and testimonials.
  • Monitor industry trends to offer insights to clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in tech or software
