Job Description

As a Customer Success Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving product adoption. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and aligning our solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Create and manage onboarding processes for new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer retention proactively.
  • Collaborate with support and technical teams to enhance customer experiences and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives to promote product releases and updates.
  • Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and product features.
  • Develop training materials and resources for clients to enhance product utilization.
  • Report on customer interactions and outcomes to management and contribute to strategy development.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a tech company
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of SaaS products

Languages
  • English: Fluent
