Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact, helping to guide customers through onboarding and implementation while providing ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer onboarding and training activities, ensuring users are proficient with our product.
  • Champion the customer to the internal team, advocating for their needs and priorities.
  • Utilize customer feedback to drive product or service improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to customer processes, best practices, and case studies.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional services and features.
  • Prepare reports on customer accounts and present findings to team leadership.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications, such as Customer Success Manager Certification, a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or similar roles
