Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will utilize your communication skills to provide high-quality support, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
