Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and organised Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team in Manchester. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance, enhancing their overall experience with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Identify training needs for staff based on customer interactions.
  • Design and execute customer surveys to gauge satisfaction levels.
  • Help create and maintain FAQs and support documentation.
  • Monitor social media for customer feedback and engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or similar roles
