Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our enthusiastic team in Newport. The successful candidate will interact with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure satisfaction while upholding our company's commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure that customer complaints are managed and resolved.
  • Keep comprehensive records of all customer interactions.
  • Support colleagues in providing excellent customer care.
  • Identify patterns in customer interactions and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct quality assurance on customer interactions.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
