Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your role is vital in creating a positive customer experience, resolving inquiries, and providing feedback to enhance our services.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or similar
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or similar support software
