Job Description

We are seeking a skilled VoIP Support Engineer to join our team in Hastings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VoIP systems and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and supporting clients' telecommunication needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of VoIP system support.
  • Offer prompt support through various communication channels.
  • Engage in problem-solving for complex technical issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant professional qualifications in telecommunications are an advantage
