Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between customers and development teams.
Train clients on the use of software and tools.
Monitor system performance and provide feedback on improvements.
Create instructional materials for product users.
Attend product launches to provide support and feedback.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
