Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Manchester team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support for our products, assist clients in troubleshooting issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and development teams.
  • Train clients on the use of software and tools.
  • Monitor system performance and provide feedback on improvements.
  • Create instructional materials for product users.
  • Attend product launches to provide support and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
