Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager where you'll be responsible for driving customer engagement strategies and ensuring customer retention. Your expertise in nurturing relationships will be key in helping our clients derive maximum value from our offerings. You will work closely with diverse teams to achieve outcomes that resonate well with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen client relationships by understanding their business objectives.
  • Implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing to inform clients of new products and services.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Develop case studies and success stories to showcase customer achievements.
  • Assist in creating customer training and onboarding materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
Technical Skills
  • Salesforce

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Certifications in Customer Success Management: Professional certifications in customer success management are a plus.
