We are looking for a skilled Rendering Equipment Tender to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining rendering equipment to ensure efficient and effective rendering processes. This role requires strong attention to detail and technical expertise in rendering machinery and processes.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate and maintain rendering machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in rendering processes.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
• Provide training to new team members on rendering equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate records of machinery operation and maintenance activities.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks related to health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational challenges and solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further education or training in manufacturing processes is preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in equipment operation or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Rendering Software
• Basic Repair Skills

• Strong Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
